Benaron: We needed a cable to connect our new monitor to an old Macbook Air. This does the job - so what more is there to say. (Or at least we think it does. Every now and then the screen goes a bit odd - but whether that's the cable or the monitor we can't say. We switch the screen on and off and all is OK).

WeberTech: I gave 4 stars but I wasn't able to use the cable so it's not a real review. I had found this using the search term "3ds to tv" and it must certainly does not fit the 3ds. I couldn't find a place to complain to Amazon about their search algorithm wasting my time and money for this order so I'm complaining here instead.

Wex Records: 2 months. It worked for 2 months. Then, without cause or reason the MacBook Air could no longer detect a second display. Sometimes I think things are made to last long enough for someone to leave an initial positive review, then break. Either that, OR it takes Apple a little while to figure out your using a non-Apple approved component and puts a stop to it. Either way- 5 star cable for 2 months. Boom - no cause - no reason - no stars.

Amazon Customer: I purchased this cable so that I could use two screens when working from home because my Microsoft surface pro has a smaller screen which can make it difficult to work from multiple documents at one time, and the surface does not have a regular HDMI port. I thought the price was reasonable and the cable does everything I need it to do. I have had absolutely no problems with it after about three weeks of use. The screen quality is great. No complaints.

AugustFalcon: Its a cable and it connects my 2010 Mac Book Pro to my LG TV perfectly mirroring the screen. Seems to be well made with secure connections n both ends and no gaps between the cable sheath and the connectors. My MB Pro signals are not of a nature to stress any HDMI or Display Port cable significantly. It came on time and works as advertised.
