This rack is excellent for the price. It is well designed and holds the bikes pretty stable. It should work with most all modern bikes. We have a Large and XL modern FS mountain bikes on it and could certainly add a third, I'm sure the fit would be tough with three large bikes but it would work. It could use some small improvements but overall it is great, and can't be beat for the cost. Sure a $750 rack is nicer but this works and keeps the bikes secure.
Update - we've now used this rack for 3 large size modern 29er full suspension bikes. We had to turn the handlebars on one bike so they didn't bump each other, but they all fit securely. Still think this is a great rack for the price.

JayJay: Read a review here that this 350 rack can't fit big bikes. In the photo from back to front is a small, XL, then Large. All big mountain bikes. I was so surprised at how sturdy it was. Now it's not like a high end easy off and on rack. But it does the job well at a fraction of the cost. Its not heavy to install. So a small weak person can pick it up and put it on a hitch. Need to put one bike at a time and sdjust the wheel holders, then tighten the bolts down and designate that spot for that specific bike. That would be the biggest CON. However, if you leave the wheel holders loose enough, you can always adjust on the go. The center towers hold the bike very still and secure. I would still put a security cable and the red tie down strap that cokes with it for one last security measure. Its a decent rack for the money for sure.

As everyone knows bike racks has almost skyrocketed in price in the last couple of years and very hard to get a quality bike rack for a reasonable price and I feel this one hits that price point. This also fits our needs as there's not a lot of racks that I know that does 3 bikes (most common either 2 or 4).
Very sturdy, slight wobble that I fixed with a hitch tightener. There is still a little bit when loaded because of the spacing on the bike rack joint where you can fold when not in use. But overall I feel confident going with this on the highway. Straps are also secure but will see after a few years if it holds up.
The first few setups takes a while as spacing between bikes is tight and you have to somewhat align them (including position of pedals, seats against each other) to be able to fit but it's ok once you get used to them.
One thing I miss is having trunk access when the rack is loaded but you probably have to pay twice as much for that one a platform bike rack. Overall I feel value can't be beat in post-pandemic pricing.

Review I am giving here is for bike rack before I have used it even once. After our trip will have a follow up impressions of it.
Package arrived a 3 days earlier so, thank you Amazon!
Original box from Bell was fit into thick cardboard shipping box and had no rips, dings or traces of any physical damage so, thank you Canada Post!
Now the rack itself: It is very smart design and assembly was a breeze. All tools came with package, but not bad to have your own ratchet set for faster work. I am attaching it to a 2" hitch receiver, so, aluminum insert that came with it is a perfect fit and even though slides inside easily, gives no room for shaking and play. Excellent! The way bike tire receivers slide, give endless opportunity for accepting all sizes of bikes. We have the largest ones - city cruisers and they fit excellently. Here is place to say, that there's no way to fit 3 large or even medium sized frame bikes. You can comfortubly attach 2 of them on the outer trays and medium left free. One thing to consider is the pin securing the bolt holding bike rack to hitch receiver. It is good, no doubt! It screws through bike rack arm to hitch receiver and...

This rack is a great value for the money. Easy to assemble, sturdy, adjustable, easy to load/unload.
Having said that, be aware of some limitations that could be negative for some.
1) Once flat, it doesn't tilt down to access the vehicle. The info from manufacturer is somewhat misleading because it does states that it tilts down but it is a different picture which doesn't make sense as you are reading about a specific model that doesn't do that. You can open the door without bikes on the first and depending on size, second tray. So be aware of this.
2) The center posts used to hold the bikes in place, once they fold down they are free and there is no way to secure them and prevent movement or them hitting the car. I easily solved this with a pair of bungee cords as shown in the picture.
As any other hitch rack there is some movement so it is highly advised to use an anti-rattle stabilizer I use this one https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Z36ZXBT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and works pretty well.
Despite the limitations this is a great rack and a great value for the money.

dperalta: I ordered this platform rack after reading reviews and really wanting this type of rack. It’s made of strong steel and assembly was straight forward. Did not take long and once put together, I agree with other reviewers that it is a decent rack for the money. I was looking at Thule or 1UP platform racks, but rather than spend $700-800 dollars on theirs(now I can use more of that money towards a newer bike), this rack looks like it will work just fine. It wobbled some at first, but after retightening all the bolts it felt more secure. With the bikes on, it developed some wobble but that was due to the weight of the bikes just shifting. On the highway it was steady and even on highway seams and speed bumps it only shook minimally. Now for the gripes. The biggest is it’s described on Amazon to have the “tilt down” function so that you don’t have to unload the bikes off the rack to access the rear hatch. If you are just going from home to trail and back again I don’t imagine it would be a big deal, but if you were multitasking and running errands after a ride and needed to put something in the back, you’d find in frustrating to have to unload...

Russell Moker: I researched lots of racks before buying this one. I settled on it for several reasons. I prefer having a platform rack instead of a hanging rack because we have hybrid bikes with uneven cross bars and I would have to purchase 3 cross bars for each of our bikes. I also feel like a platform rack is more stable because it holds the tires and wheels in a locked position. I chose this one because it had many positive reviews and I respect the Bell brand name. The only complaints are - it takes two people to assemble and it can be a bit confusing but once you get the hang of it, it goes together rather easily. A link was provided to an assembly instruction site which was very helpful complete with multi angle pictures. When I folded the rack up in the storage position, I had some trouble getting the locking pin through the holes which didn't quite match up. But that was an easy fix with a metal drill bit and a single pass through. Other than that, this is a well constructed and good looking rack. Very little if any wobble while driving. It also sets off the back up alarm on my 2007 SUV which is good to remind me it's there. Recommended.
