Syed Hosain: Does not take much pumping to get bike tires inflated up! Going from 20 psi to about 85 psi on my son's 26" road bike tire only takes about three or four pumps! Similar to my mountain bike 26" tires, which are wider, but I only pump them to 50 or 55 psi.

I like the fact that it can be used with both types of valves - "normal" ones like on car tires, as well as the other type common to bike tires (that I detest because you have to loosen up a little part ... that is prone to breaking).

NY retiree: This is a standard bike pump bought for hubby. He went to pump up the bike tires and came upstairs to tell me that it doesn’t work but he was not sure of exactly how to attach the pump to the tire since it did not have directions and was getting no air pressure to speak of. After playing around a bit more with it he found that placing the nozzle on the tire than clicking the devise closed did the trick, he noted it is the opposite of the previous pump he was used to.

AustinShopperAustinShopper: I had high hopes for this tire pump- slick marketing content on Amazon, heavy duty construction, high purchase ratings. But the number of quality issues I have encountered are really disappointing. The first time I ordered this pump, the hinge pin was defective, it fell right out when I took the pump out of the case. You can see this in the first 3 pictures attached to my review. Whoever was in charge of quality control for that unit going out should be fired. Luckily Amazon has a great return policy and process I followed. Second time, the hinge pin does not fall out, so that is progress. But the pressure gauge display is not accurate. You can see in my other pictures, it is off by at least 4PSI when I use a good quality air gauge. And to make things worse, if you are pumping up a tire, disconnect the hose from the valve stem, then attach it again, the tire pressure on the Beelord foot pump jumps by a few PSI when the air pressure in the tire has remained constant!
