paul prenticepaul prentice: I love this machine!! However the quality seems to have gone down since my first. They have both broken almost identically. Is there something that can be done about this. I’ve not had either of them very long but it was worth getting another because I love it so much.

Clemens Neubert: Für den Preis durchaus okay, wenn man ihn privat betreiben will. Für eine professionelle Nutzung leider ein wenig nervig und im Gegensatz zu vielen elektrischen Modellen auch relativ grob. Aber immerhin nimmt er nicht so viel Platz weg.

Javier: No es excesivamente robusta, si te pones a picar seis cubitos de hielo industrial a la vez probablemente acabes cargándote alguna pieza. Pero para uso doméstico y esporádico cumple su función perfectamente. Yo la uso para picar los hielos uno a uno, y al ser manual me permite obtener trozos de distinto tamaño que se van disolviendo cada uno a su ritmo. Un buen utensilio.
