nancy: It hurt when I put it on the ball of my feet. I recommend you put it under your toes. I took my shoes off halfway through so I can't tell you if it helps all night.

Haley Fox BlogHaley Fox Blog: Good quality, easy to use and work perfectly. Just find where the shoe is uncomfortable and then decide where exactly you will place it. I do not peel the back until I have figured this out, as I want to make sure it will be a clean, flat lay once I stick it on. Once I do that, I peel that back, make sure there is strings, hair or dirt, then lay flat and press until adhered. Stays in place with no issues and is super comfortable to use, makes that uncomfortable spot, super comfy again. Very nicely priced, highly recommend.
