Amrit: The price on Amazon is double of what you can find in your local Indian grocery store. I see the case to be a bit expensive than local store but double of that is a bit exorbitant.
Apart from that, the product is good at being a good coloring agent but I would avoid buying it from Amazon

It doesn’t seem to have too much of a flavor influence but it does add beautiful color to my paella and soup. A little of it goes a long way. I shake a little in the chicken stock I have simmering with saffron for my paella. I highly recommend this product.
