mm: 予定よりずっと早く届いて良かったです。
海外からなので何ヵ所か目立たない程度に凹みがありました。缶フェチとしては残念でした。
缶の開け方が分からず苦戦しました(笑)

味は淡くグミより固く日本の概念で考えると不思議です。
レスキューレメディの液体ほど即効性はなかったです。効果があったのか分かりませんがお手軽で人にも勧めやすく便利です。

Mary E. Gutierrez, PhD: The Bach Rescue Remedy Pastilles really help my teenage daughter who suffers from mild to moderate anxiety that was brought on by the stresses of middle school & high school. She reports that she feels good after just taking one, but usually has to take 2. I got a friend of mine to start taking them as well & she reports that usually one is enough for her, but given the situation at the time she may have to take another in an hour or so. I have tasted the pastilles and they have a pleasant slightly citrus taste. These are lozenges so you are meant to suck on them. If you try to chew them they are incredibly sticky, plus chewing is not recommended as ideally they should melt slowly in your mouth. They come housed in a round metal tin. To open it you press down on the center of the lid. To close press along the upper edge of the lid on 2 sides. My daughter really likes that as opposed to having to deal with a box in school. It makes getting one out in class easy and no one notices her (she's a teen so very self-conscious). Nour Michelle: I slip one under my tongue when I can't sleep and-BOOM, I'm completely relaxed. I actually came across a Bach store in Europe which was closed, sadly, but I can still order these online. I think one is all it takes to get things off your mind for the time being, and two pastilles are great for big interviews and whatnot. Decent amount comes in the container, too. Lasts over a month if used lightly. I would definitely buy again,

The Big Burrito: After a stressful day of work, I often suckle on one of these lozenges as I drive home. By the time I pull into my garage, the pastille has melted in my mouth, and much of my stress seems to have melted away with it.

Why do these work? It may be a combination of the herbs in the lozenges, and the crisp, satisfying "clack" that happens when you crack open the metal tin container. Or perhaps it's just the act of focusing on dissolving the lozenge that takes the mind off of the workday stress. Either way, I'm on my second tin, and I'm a happy camper.

In terms of tantalizing your tastebuds- the orange flavor is pretty good. The black currant flavor is odd- kinda has a black licorice vibe.
