alexis nickopoulos: My cat loves this fountain! It filters water well and keeps it clean, all while being quiet. I was worried that it was low-quality after a few months, because it stopped working. I promptly emailed the company asking for help or a replacement, and their customer service team responded within the hour. Turns out I was cleaning it wrong/not enough, and they helped me by sending a super detailed video. I was out of town and didn't respond right away, and I was VERY impressed with the amount of follow-ups I received, checking to see if the issue was fixed. Very happy that my request was prioritized, my issue was solved, and the great quality filter remains. The only thing wrong with it was from my own doing. Shout out to Emily on the Rellaty customer service team for making me feel like a valued customer.

Student: I've tried a few of these, and this is by far the best. If you are on the fence, I highly recommend.

Others have been plastic and very noisy. Not a fan. The worst is having the water get below the pump level in the middle of the night. Very noisy, very annoying. This style is quite in operation, and has plenty of capacity so you don't get those annoying wake up calls.

Two fountain modes, ripple, or double water fall. I prefer the waterfall setup. Comes with carbon filter and several refills. Use them or don't it doesn't seem to affect the function. When its time for cleaning, just a few steps to take apart and throw in the dish washer.

Vivian E: We used to have a plastic water fountain, which was broken after our cat knocked it over over and over again. For a while we were just using a stainless steel bowl since it's cleaner and harbors less bacteria, which worked well and the cats seem to have no desire to knock it over (plus, it's pretty cheap). Anyways, since there was a prime day deal on this item, I decided to try out a fountain again. If your cats aren't obsessed with knocking over ANYTHING (especially things with liquid in them), this is a perfect cat fountain. It's basically silent, and offers different options for drinking water (either through the stream or in the dish) which both of our cats like, and were enjoying.

Unfortunately, the concave way the lid fits into the container for the water means that within just a couple of hours our cat had managed to dislodge it, and then knocked it over. It's fairly lightweight as well, which could be a positive for some but in my case meant it was that much easier to knock over. Overall, it's nice and we still use it, but only in supervised areas where a large water spill isn't a big deal, and stick to a plain stainless steel water dish for the bedroom.

Carey: This is the 3rd stainless steel fountain I purchased & had to return for my extremely picky cat. I could understand the issues with the two previous fountains. The first one, the water came out too fast & freaked him out. Second one had the same issue but it had two levels. The water that bubbled up the top came out too fast and the bowl portion was too small for him to fit his head and whiskers. This one should have been the perfect solution! And I liked that it didn't cause any noise. We live in a studio apt so even a minor trickling sound can get annoying. I could barely hear the water even standing next to it. So for those who are sensitive to sound, this is a perfect fountain. As for my cat however, even though he could easily drink from it, I even turned the faucet diagonal so that he had extra space without getting his whiskers wet, he drank from it once & then ignored it. Instead of drinking from the new fountain he decided to go to my neighbors house and drink from their dogs water bowl! I'm giving it 5 stars because the fountain is exactly as advertised. Renee BillerRenee Biller: The item is just as pictured. It comes with 4 filters total. You have to soak the filter in a cup of water for 5 mins before you put it into its compartment. The installation process is easy. The whole setup is easy. The water basin is marked with a min and max line. To see the water level you have to remove the top but it's very easy to do. The fountain comes with a tiny brush so you can clean the little t-shaped piece that the water comes out of. I really like that it came with the brush and the extra filters - a really nice touch. It is pretty quiet and has a little light so the cats can easily find it at night (& so you don't trip over it lol).

Only problem is the cats hate it. I really wish the cats actually liked it... but they just won't touch it. They've got pretty close to it at times but refuse to drink out of it. I don't know if it's the smell or maybe because it's so high? Idk. They choose 3 day old water over it. I have had the fountain for about a week now. I wish i could just return it and order a different kind. But since its been used you can't return it unless there's an actual issue with it. So now I'm just out the $30. I just ordered a different...

Rosa: Todo es metal y filtra muy bien el agua, ya que tengo 7 gatos y muchas ocasiones en otros recipientes tiraban el agua o la ensuciaban de comida y pelos.

David Sánchez: Mis perritas suelen ensuciar su agua muy rápido por lo que ensuciaban muy rápido el dispensador normal. Evita estar cambiando y desperdiciando el agua continuamente y se las mantiene fresca por más tiempo. El consumo de agua de mis perritas a mejorado ostensiblemente.

Alicia P.: The media could not be loaded.  No hace nada de ruido , la bomba está alta entonces se tiene que rellenar más frecuentemente, me acaba de llegar hace 20 min... pero literal apenas la conecte mi gato que es super miedoso empezó a tomar agüita.

En caso de que tenga alguna falla o deje de funcionar en pocos días como ya me ha pasado con otras fuentes les aviso. Por mientras fue un éxito.
