Garth Doupe: These guages are fantastic. The 4 port design really helps minimize refrigerant loss when recharging. To be completely honest, I like these better than my Snap On set. We will see what the durability is like, as I will be using then almost daily through the summer.

Josh: Has all the feature plus the bleed valve for the refrigerant charge and separate line for vacuuming the system. I live the setup and it worked great to properly charge up my A/C system. Many people knock this lower quality units because they are not the same as the shop’s 5000$ unit. This will do the same job as the shops as long as you are critical and want to do a good job. If you have proper equipment to vacuum refrigerant into and evacuate systems this is capable of that also.

joes see whalesjoes see whales: This unit seems to be made very well. I really like the viewing window and the ease of use. however, I must warn, this "ease of use" depends on whether you know wtf youre doing because this doesnt do it for you it only allows you to do it properly. I made a vacuum device using an Embraco Refrigerant Pump (see photo - it produces the vacuum that makes your fridge work) and together they work perfectly. One thing - the hoses seal well but you must regularly check to make sure they didnt come lose (the finger tighted ones).
Others have mentioned the unit leaks. I checked mine with an air compressor before I used it and it was sealed well, however I did add sealing compound on some of the "permanent" connections (be careful, make sure NO material gets into the unit!) and thats when I noticed some of the finger-tightened ones had come lose. No prob though, just tighten it back up (this should go away once the rubber sets a bit).
Remember, you need a good vacuum source to do this procedure the right way.

Nikki 💜: With the warmer weather quickly approaching my husband wanted to order this to check the a/c refrigerant in his truck. For some reason it didnt feel as cold as it used to be. This kit has everything he needed to make sure his a/c gets back to working like it used to pumping really cold air. It looks like a neat tool to have. My husband is pretty happy with how easy it is to use. You can tell this is a quality made item. The pieces are not flimsy and have some weight to them which is good. I like that they also include a nice plastic case to store everything all together. My car is next to get checked. This is a nice tool to have as you never know when you will need it! So far we have had good results I would definitely purchase more tools from this company.
