Bruce Evans: I have two older units that have failed or begun to. One cuff is leaking and the other unit is inconsistent. I tried Frankensteining the two by placing the larger cuff on the smaller unit...but the results were inconsistent. My purchase of this new unit and cuff has me much more confident in the accuracy level I am getting. The cuff is plenty big around, but narrow enough to not bind or fold over between my shoulder and elbow. I especially like the large backlit display making it an easy read day or night. One of my desires was to get off batteries and plugged into consistent power. This unit provides that option but does NOT provide the hardware you will need. First know you will need a USB cable to plug into a computer or better still a charging cube. Both these are available here on Amazon. PLEASE NOTE: the unit has a TYPE C input for power so you must use that cable. I picked up a nylon reinforced 4 pack (one 3' two 6' one 10') in red to make them color coded differently from my other cables. M M: The search is over! I've been searching for a blood pressure monitor with a large cuff (more than 16 inches) for awhile now. After scrolling through at least 5 pages of listings and reading the product description to way too many monitors to determine actual cuff size, I finally found this one that COMFORTABLY fits an 18 inch circumference arm. Other "large" cuffs fit a little over 16, just slightly under 17 inches and do not accommodate big arms. This one does and it is, most importantly, accurate. This device was so affordable, it was more economical to purchase this than it was to buy the extra large cuff replacement for my previous monitor. It's easy to use and easy to read. It stores up to 99 readings for 2 profiles. There's an indicator to inform of any movement that may impact readings and an irregular heartbeat detection signal. The blood pressure readings also have color coded backlights, green for normal, yellow for borderline and red for high. The time and date are easy to set and the screen is large. I'm so thrilled to have found this blood pressure monitor!

Cathy Mill: This is extremely easy to use and it even has diagrams on the cuff to make sure you properly position it on your arm. I was a little skeptical about the accuracy of the unit because it wasn’t expensive so we did our at home test. The visiting nurse took a BP reading with his equipment and 3-5 minutes later we took a reading with this unit and both readings were the same. The nurse was impressed with the accuracy of this unit.
It comes with a soft bag for storage which I don’t think offers much protection. It would be nice to have a more structured protective case. It was easy to program the date and time. I also like it has large numbers which makes it easy to read and shows 3 different colors to let you know what range your BP is in.
We are extremely pleased with this unit.

Kyle R: Easy to use and seems accurate. Love the portability. The color coded red/yellow/green makes it easy without having to pay too much attention. This is perfect for me to use and email my doctor during COVID. One problem though... I can’t seem to set the date/time?
