Rolanda Griffin: I bought this to replace a leaky faucet. In comparison to my previous faucet, this one is not only gorgeous but very solidly constructed. It looks and feels heavy and expensive. I love it! Although the hoses were too big for my connecting hoses, customer service was very responsive to my concern and quickly helped me resolve the issue. Great faucet and attentive customer service...what more could you ask for? Buy it! You won't be disappointed!

RonRon: The faucet was excellent quality for the money. Well made and easy to install. The 30” water lines were too short so l contacted the company number in the installation guide. They are sending longer waterlines for my installation free of charge.

After reaching out to amazon I was unable to get a refund or return the product because it was too far past the date. I contacted the manufacturer and they asked me to send pics of my problem and they would replace it. And they did! I’m so thankful too because I love my soaking tub! Very pleased with the manufacturing company.

I’ve tried reaching out to this manufacturer multiple times and just get a recording saying they’re unavailable and to try again later. I purchased this faucet in May of 2020 and got it installed beginning of June. It’s now mid September and the nozzle to switch over to the sprayer broke off last night with 70lbs of water pressure shooting out all over my bathroom. This piece nearly took my eye out! Absolutely ridiculous! I can’t get a hold of anyone for a replacement or any warranty info. DO NOT BUY THIS! Unless you wanna be out $300 and possibly an eyeball.

TonyTony: I rarely submit reviews but feel compelled to give this product and the company credit it deserves. Ordered this faucet as part of my remodel and wasn’t really sure if it’s good quality since it’s quite bit less expensive than the once I see in local stores. To my surprise, the faucet come in a very well packaged box and every component is well made. It comes with decent installation instructions and easy to follow. It feel rock solid and very sturdy.

Unfortunately, my contractor damaged one of the water supply hose came in the kit by accident. He couldn’t find anything locally to replace the damaged hose. Wasn’t sure what to expect, I tried to reach the company. To my surprise, someone actually answered my call even it was well after hours (about 9pm est). She listened to my problem and without hesitation, offered free replacement parts with expedited shipping so we can keep the remodel on schedule. I was thoroughly impressed by how good the customer service provided by this seller. She went above and beyond what you would expect from average online retailers.
