I purchased this monitor because it had good reviews and 2 cuffs, I am a larger woman. When setting up I thought I only had 2 batteries included but after talking to customer service they asked me to look inside the 2nd cuff, sure enough there was the 2nd pack of batteries. There emails to me were answered immediately. Set up was easy and I have used it at least 5 or 6 times. It’s a comfortable cuff, appears to be accurate too.

I read several reviews and had a few top favorites and ended up with this one because it seemed like it was the most certified and medically inclined to be accurate. It certainly gets tight, but it supposed to. Make sure the arrow follows your arm with your wrist facing up. Make sure that it’s elevated onto a pillow or something so it’s pretty level with your heart, and make sure that it’s about an inch above your elbow area/vein. Take a few readings in a row so you can get an average. There are lots of things to know when it comes to taking your blood pressure like you should not talk, your feet should be flat on the floor, you should not have a full bladder … I found that breathing through the mask doesn’t help let alone any kind of anxiety. When I just got retested, the second time it was above what I know it is and she told me to concentrate on my breathing. I counted in three and out three and it went down 12 numbers it turns out I didn’t need a cuff after all but it’s a good thing to check occasionally and have anyway. The only thing I would like is if the background color changed to green, yellow or red like some of the other ones. Still...
