Patty: I ordered this blood pressure monitor to take my blood pressure daily. It is wonderful, I just wish I had a reminder to check my blood pressure daily. I was very pleased with the blood pressure machine, and it is very easy to assemble and get a accurate blood pressure reading! Highly recommend!

Operations Rick: This is a good product and is accurate. I compared it to several different brands of blood pressure machines. I use the larger cuff and, for me, it is a little difficult to use. I have to hold it tight and wrap the rest of the cuff around the arm - all at the same time with one hand. If I don't get it "just right" on my arm, the machine does not work. It would be nice if the cuff had a device that would hold it tight, leaving the hand free to wrap the rest of the cuff around the arm. But I recommend this machine for its easy-to-read screen and accuracy.

radiosilents: I have an update!

I am very happy to say that the customer service for this company is excellent, truly. As mentioned in my initial review below, it was my error to not open the product until months after receiving it. I thought I was out the money I spent, but... when I contacted customer service to see if they could help, I was very pleasantly surprised that Kevin, the man I was in contact with, was very friendly and happy to assist. I literally received a new monitor within a couple days, and it was NOT broken. I even checked it out at my doctor's office and it took accurate readings comparable to their equipment. Unfortunately one problem that I had that was confirmed there is that the cuff is still not big enough for my "stupid" arm, even though I measured and thought it would work (yeah, I am very fat, so sue me).

When Kevin reached out to see if I received the new monitor and how it was working, I told him the above and he said they would send a bigger cuff! I was pretty shocked. Hoping it will work.

MM: The media could not be loaded.  My father and both have borderline high blood pressure. We follow the general guidelines of eating healthier, less salt, and regular moderate exercise. When you visit the doctor maybe 1-2x a year, it really only gives you a sense of what's happening the few days before your visit. I got this monitor in order to have more regular feedback on our our daily habits affect our blood pressure. Sometimes your health is very much a bit of trial and error because everyone's physiology is different, and some things may be more effective for you than for others.

First impressions
Solid product. Nothing felt cheap, it came with exactly what you need, and no extra fussy parts. This is especially important for more elderly users that don't want a lot of complicated bits and pieces. It just needs to work and this does. I was also pleasantly surprised that it came with a nice case that fits it well so I don't have to find a case of my own, or leave pieces laying around.
