Amazon Customer: After having a host of medical issues in the past year, I carry a bag with all of my devices. This device was constantly going off as it comes in a soft case. The start button is so sensitive, the slightest nudge would set it off. While otherwise easy to use, I did often checked my BP 2-3 times to check consistency/ accuracy.
