NTexHiker: I bought this to replace the worn out original battery in my APC ES500. It fit, charged up, and is working as expected. This replacement was significantly less expensive than the brand name replacement while working just as well for me. When I need to replace this one years in the future, I'll look for this brand and seller.

A. Newman: This is the second time I bought this particular brand battery for a APC UPS. Didn't want to spend the money on a genuine APC battery which costs almost as much as a brand new UPS. I bought the same Might Max battery last year for another APC UPS and so far its been working great so figured I'd stick with same brand. So all I can say is the first one is working great so I imagine this one I ordered will do the same. Can't say how long they will last but its usually recommended to replace them every 3 years. The first one is serving active duty for a year so far with no issues. For the price if it lasts the 3 years I made out like a bandit compared to buying the OEM battery.
