Chris: I like how it lights up in either green yellow or red to let you know how good or bad you BP is. I plug the USB into my laptop but it also takes batteries. If you use batteries, it stores your readings.

D.C.: It works. I like that it keeps a history of about 99 readings for 2 people. This is handy for when your doctor tells you to keep track....you can simply go back and write down all of you dates with. The readings, and time of day.
I also like that it color coats the readings as...red,High yellow elevation or green normal range.
Although it keeps the time and date, I can't seem to set mine to regular time. It seems to only allow me to set up in military time. Although it is battery operated, it also comes with a cord. But it is USB, why are company's doing this? Not everyone wants every device to plug in to a USB port. I also love the large easy to read screen. Only issue for me, and this may just be for me is that I wish there was a dimmer switch...sometime the brightness is so intense on my eyes.
O've been using this for couple of months now, and I have compared it to my other readings, and it seems to be producing accurate results.
