If I could give 50 stars I would. The quality of this bed is fantastic but the seller’s customer service was the best I e EVER had. One of the boxes came damaged and had zero hardware. I got in touch with them and had a whole set of hardware in less than a week. My bed looks beautiful. Thank you for being an honest and speedy experience.

The quality is pretty soft and elegant, I think it did have a few downsides as to the cost of shipping, the boxes of this item came in two boxes and was shipped on two different days. To receive this couch is time-consuming, and is a multi-project of at least two or three people to assemble the couch, overall I recommend this purchase

shipping speed was faster than expected delivery date. Two boxes came together, but they were too heavy and big for me to move by myself so I had to call a friend. Anyways once the boxes were inside assembly was honestly pretty smooth.
The instructions and labeling of the screws was a bit strange. Do this to make assembly easier:
-Sort out the screws and tools, make piles for screw 1, screw 2, so on and so forth otherwise it s really confusing.
-When you screw in the three straight slats, you don't need the wrench tool. tighten the nut underneath the slat as far as it can go, then just hold the nut in place and use the Allen key to tighten the screw. It makes your fingers sore but trust it is easier than the "wrench"
-Pay attention to the labels on the sides and back of the bed and trundle, etc. Make sure they match up properly otherwise your sides will be wrong.
I'm a 5'6 female, it took me around 2 hours to assemble by myself.
I've only used the bed a couple of days but it is pretty nice pretty solid. I'll update the review if that changes.
One thing I would recommend is getting a thinner mattress, maybe like 7...
