Lori Grift: This works pretty good for the price. The only thing is that I spend the night at my daughter's and I put it in my bag with my toiletries. The buttons just keep getting pushed in transit, otherwise it's fine.

Ed Gallop: The media could not be loaded. I modified to get accurate. The device has to be very close to the skin. I taped a folded Qtip at the proper distance and it is much more accurate.
My wife felt like she had a fever but didn’t trust this thermometer when it registered normal. We used the old glass mouth thermometer and it registered over 100. Did this several times. Followed instructions and held it less than an inch from forehead. It did register 100 when taken deep in the mouth but 97 and 98 in the mouth. Wasted money on this. It’s unreliable.
