Titus213: I can only surmise that I've developed an unwarranted skepticism, probably caused by global warming. This unit works very well and as advertised. Lite weight and easy to use but I found. installing the batteries a particular challenge - could not get the battery cover off without resorting to a fine blade knife.

Justin Bond: It works as it should. The controls in getting another temp after you get a reading is a little wonky and bad design, though. You have to click in a window, wait, and click again otherwise you have to wait until it turns off.

Sue Cremona: The digits on the LCD screen are not displayed in full, difficult to identify what the number is. Yes new batteries were used. Not able to read the numbers. Not happy with this product and will not recommend it.
