MCL11MCL11: Perfect yellow!! Easy to achieve a pale yellow or more intense color. Very pigmented gel color. Definitely recommend this product and all the Americolor gels I’ve purchased.

The Sugar Fairy: Only brand of food coloring I use. I am a baker and love this brand. You only need a drop or two of color to get bright vibrant colors. The gel does not change the food taste at all. I started with the student kits and found I like the product, and now buy the bigger bottles in my most used colors. A little pricey but worth every penny

Mrs. Stricklin: AmeriColor gels do not require a lot to get the color saturation you need, which means no bad taste! Lemon yellow can be very bright if too much is used so go easy if that is not your intention.
