Gabriella: Surprisingly very tasty. Tastes more like creamy cauliflower soup than mashed potatoes, but I love it. I usually add a splash of water to make it more of a soup consistency.

Amazon Customer: Delicious and very easy to prepare in the microwave. I wouldn't compare it to mashed potatoes as the flavor and consistency are so different. The consistency is similar to watered-down sweet potato mash. However, the taste is great and it's a perfect addition to a low-carb lifestyle.

Jeremy Bader: I try some low carb items from time to time and I was astounded at how delicious this was. I usually find cauliflower based products that sub for breading to be disappointing but this sub for potato was so good that I was struggling at first to remember which store I got it from before realizing I got it here. I added some garlic and herbs to mine.
