Amazon Customer: Gives different readings a degree or more apart in consecutive measurements. Only used a couple of times and now isn’t working. Instruction manual doesn’t give any information on how to solve the problem I have. Huge waste of money and our time.

Kit: While this product claims it is for forehead AND ear, it is useless for ear since it requires a probe part that this model does not come with and the part is not available for purchase separately. Also, the diagrams on the instruction sheet do not correctly match the product which seems a bit questionable. As for use on forehead, I did not find this better or worse than other products, temp very much varies on where you aim. I would not recommend this product, especially if you want it for ear use.

Joachim O.: This thermometer works exactly as advertised. I don’t have any complaints about it. It lies perfectly in your hand and measures the temperature quickly in less than a second. It comes in a nice pouch so you can store it without worrying that the display gets scratched or anything. The display is easy to read. Maybe not the cheapest option out there but certainly excellent quality. I didn’t experience any large differences in readings like some of the other reviewers. Maybe 0.1 degrees or so but not more.
