Marcus Maldonado: Works best with the ear feature. Forehead some times doesn’t read accurately. Quiet feature is great for when our baby got a cold. Didn’t have to wake her up with the annoying beep when checking her fever. I also liked the color alert. You know right away when there is a fever because it flashes red. Good for the price. Better than waiting for the tongue ones that always go unbearably slow.

Prime Member: Upon start up this thermometer gives a different number every time. After a few tries the number gets more consistent. I'm not sure if I trust the numbers given to us but it seems to work.
The detachment for the ear is a bit cumbersome and hard to remove at times. I don't hate it enough to return but I don't like it enough to recommend others to buy.

Sasitan: I bought this thermometer without too much expectation. But it works really well. The in-ear temp measures about 0.3 higher than forehead temp. For me, it was a good buy unless you want to spend over $50 on a brand name one.
