Ashley Juarez: The media could not be loaded. I've had this drill for about a year and a half, it works great but now I need to have the cord in a certain position for it to work, it's like when your phone charger stops working and have to fix it for it to charge. I have no idea why it happened, I thought it would last me longer and I really don't want to order a new one.

Ashley Whitsitt: Absolutely love this drill it is my third one I’ve owned and my absolute favorite go to use daily highly recommend. I do want to upgrade to a newer one with higher RPMs eventually however, this one is still perfect never giving me any issues.

SS: UPDATE: The company saw my review and contacted me asap with the offer to ship me a new drill for free, or refund my money. I chose to receive a new one because I really did like the drill in the first place. They have excellent customer service, thank you! I'm changing my review to four stars for now.
I ordered this January 30th. It took awhile for me to be able to use it because I didn’t have all my materials yet, but I finally was able to a few months ago. I like the cord length, I like the weight of it, it feels very comfortable in my hand, it’s easy to operate, I like how you can change direction of the rotation, and the speed settings were great for beginners and professionals. I’ve done my nails three times using my drill, and I used it a couple of times in between to clean up the edges when they grew out a bit. Right in the middle of doing my nails yesterday, the motor started making weird sounds and had a couple of weird vibrations that I hadn’t heard or felt before. I turned it off because it was running weird, and when I go to turn it back on, it won’t. I’ve made sure there’s no powder clogging it, it’s fully charged, and you can see it physically...
