Jessica: The media could not be loaded. They started rubbing all over it before I could even get my phone out. The Aiko box came highly damaged (see in video). But the product was perfectly fine so I couldn't care less. Very easily tipped over so I'll probably attach it to a heavy piece of wood. It also came with a little baggie of catnip, which I haven't even touched yet. My cats love it so im highly satisfied with my purchase

Linda Brown: I love this cat item. I have 3 cats and all 3 love to scratch their claws on the bottom. One cat loves playing with the spring toy with bell. They will soon learn that the brush 1/2 circle makes a good chin scratcher.

Andrea: Fantastic idea and of a good size but unfortunately after using it once when it arrived and I was holding it down when the cat went to use it by himself it tipped over and he will not use it anymore. Wish that it had a heavier base to prevent tipping or moving
