AICUTTI Compression Massager for Foot and Leg Pain Relief

Apple: I have chemotherapy induced neuropathy and drop foot in my right leg only which results in extensive swelling. I have been seeing a physical therapist familiar with chemo induced traumas and we have come to an impasse about swelling because it is not fluid but a neuropathic response. He recommended a pressure sleeve for my foot and calf (which we tried in his office).

The massager arrived today. It was neatly and well packed in a box. There are two massager sleeves, one for the right foot and one for the left. The are marked as such.

The control with the inflation motor is large and heavy but easy to handle and manage. The air inflation tubes attached to the sleeves are heavy duty and will not detach without very rugged use. The instructions for use are simple.

The sleeves are made of a nylon like material on the outside and a more comfortable material on the inside. DO NOT try to walk in them or you will slide.

I have large calves and the swelling on the right makes one even larger. This massager is not sized but I took a chance on it given that it included two expanders.

Maceman: I have Neuropathy in my lower legs and feet so I was looking for something that would improve the circulation and sensation in them. It took a little getting used to using this. At first, the compression at any intensity setting was between uncomfortable and, in some areas, even painful. I haven't been using the device as recommended. I use it at each of the intensity levels so 3 or even 4 times a day. Using it in this way has resulted in a reduction of pain and almost eliminated leg and foot craps which have been common for me. I have also notice an increase in sensation in my feet that has resulted in better balance. My only criticisms are that the heat, even on the highest setting is negotiable. The closure is awkward and would be greatly improved with eyelets and locking lace so you could slip them on like boots and get consistent fit throughout. I would also like to see a pulsation setting with a slow build-up of pressure. At this point I can't vouch for the durability of the item but it seems well made.

Majormike: Just the thing to relieve tired aching feet and compartmental massage. The mechanism is sound for its stated use and provides relief in a controled managed degree of compression. The heat is minimal but enough to do the job. Easy setup and use. I find it to be just right for me. The control is straight forward and east to use. The units fold and store quite well. Time will tell if such a small compressor is durable. Overall I couldn't have chosen a better unit and the reviews helped in the selection. I wish I had thought of it sooner and have gotten one for my mom. I have done many reviews and as a whole my ratings are good but not without the reviews of others. I buy goods from Amason quite often for needs or enjoyment but not without the help of others.

Mommy of Three: I take calcium channel blockers and they make my feet swell. When it’s hot and humid it is really bad. I have frozen compression sleeves that help and of coarse compression socks help too. But compression socks in the summer are not always an option. I knew that these inflatable compression massagers existed but I cannot afford hundreds or even a thousand dollars for a pair. I was happy to find that there is a hundred dollar price point and these were even on sale. I told myself that I would try them and send them back if they were stupid. These are not going back. I look forward to putting them on in the evening. I use the medium setting for my calf’s and feet and then the highest setting for my feet only. I can’t handle the high setting on my calf. The squeezing quickly helps the swelling to go down. It squeezes and releases and then squeezes harder the next time doing a slow build to maximum tightness. It is not very loud. The heat is nice but really intense. Looking forward to using that in the winter but right now I do not use it at all. My only complaint is that it doesn’t go around my ankle and I wish it did.
