OrliluOrlilu: I got this dehumidifier, to replace the Uniblock I was using before, which was not up to the job at all. My flat particularly my bedroom suffered from alot of humidity and condensation, which cause everything to feel cold and damp constantly during the winter. I was unsure if this little mashine would do the job, but I was willing to try.

Within the first 20 hours we already had half a cup of water captured, and the room within two days felt dry and smelt fresh again. This little mashine is fantastic but it can be a bit akward to empty it without some spillage so make sure to wipe dry the tray and underside just to make sure. otherwise it makes a lovely night light and isn't too loud or bothering to sleep with. And is definitely helping with the humidity in my bedroom!

Lisa White: I've had this item for about 1 week in a small bathroom. I hope it will help with mold that appears on occasion from hot showers. So far, it's working great... it's collecting water, just alittle difficult to remove lid to dump the water. Again, its smaller but it's doing the job.. Perfect for the space.

E.M.: I'm a student living in an old British house. Do I need to say more. No proper insulation to speak of means that damp and mould love to be my housemates rent-free; it's a nightmare. I tried calcium chloride with mixed results: crushed calcium chloride was much better than round pellets, but the rate of absorbing water from the air was still way too slow. I've had the CaCl2 dehumidifier for a month now, and it still hasn't extracted 500ml. That would be a rate lower than 17ml/day, which would never solve the mould issue. Moreover, the disposable nature of the CaCl2 dehumidifiers just didn't sit right with me given the current global crises. They result in plastic waste and having to consume a massive amount of CaCl2.

With this dehumidifier, I can get roughly 100-150ml/day, and I tested that at just 55% humidity and 22 degrees Celsius. This means I can get those 500ml in 5 DAYS!!! That's in my medium-sized double room, as well as a fairly large living room when placed next to my air-drying clothes. It has prevented mould reappearing in my clothes wardrobe and helped my clothes dry much faster and not have that nasty sour mildew smell anymore that was starting to drive me...

BawsMom: I bought two of these over a year ago, just had to purchase a new one since the motor went out on me, but I run these 24/7. I live in Oregon in a small and very old apartment. It’s moist all year long here and this old apartment is a full time job keeping up on the moisture build up, nothing I hate more than mold and mildew growth. These little de humidifiers are the perfect addition to both of my bathrooms, they do a great job at keeping the moisture down, they are nice and quiet, and the night light is perfect too. Like I said before, I run these 24/7 and I empty the water out every few days. I will continue to purchase these.

S-726S-726: This is small and compact, makes barely any noise, looks good, and works well. It actually works better than expected, I got it for our bathroom since our vent doesn’t work anymore, and each day I’ve dumped the water it’s nearly full. There isn’t as much steam build up in the bathroom while showering and the air seems cleaner/lighter. I would like the option to set the humidity level and see where it is though.
