Leslie: I have had the bed for about a year now and it overall is fantastic. It is easy to take a part and reassemble. Being able to put all the parts into the headboard for transfer is super helpful. After a year the slats have split a bit and the overall frame has become noisy when you move. This was still a great purchase and would recommend if you are needing a nice bed frame. The details in the headboard are super cute and give it just a little bit more.

Pamela Kearney: The measurements are very accurate, exactly the same size as a king mattress (or in our case 2 twin). But the mattresses fit down into the frame by about an inch. Once pushed (wedged) in the frame, very difficult to lift mattress to make the bed. We use Classic brand mattresses which has its own issues…..
We will have to build up the platform so the mattresses sit on the frame rather than in.
Very very pretty though, and well constructed.

annaanna: The material is a nice quality linen like material. I think that this is a really good value for the price. When we were in the furniture store buying our mattress they had many bed frames that were very similar and the prices were higher. This item arrived in a timely manner and it only took a couple hours to put together. We purchased the grey which was a little darker than I thought it would be. It is a very very dark grey but I still like it. In the past, we have purchased the same bed in a smaller size in the tan color. Both colors are very nice. Everything is stored in the back of the headboard with a zip enclosure. On this one, which is a king size, there was a rip in the fabric in back. I decided to let it go though as you really can’t see it anyways as it is against the wall. The legs on this bed are very nice as most others I have seen do not have a decorative leg. Our mattress is super high so it does cut off a lot of the headboard so make sure you measure the height of your mattress. As an example, our mattress is 19 inches high which is why it covers so much of the headboard. There is no way to adjust how low or high the mattress will sit...

Debra: Love this bed!! OMG, this may be the Best Buy item for my new home! I HATE ordering something so large sight unseen but I really had no option. This bed is wonderful! The hardest part was getting it out of the box since I didn’t want to damage it in case the bed had to be returned. It was easy to move alone because all the pieces are stored inside the headboard. You carry the individual items to the room where you want the bed. The assembly went quickly and the directions were clear. I was actually surprised at how easy assembly was; I apologize for not noticing specifically how long it took. The quality is great and I LOVE the color and feel of the fabric. My guest and a family member complimented on how nice the bed looks. I may order another bed for myself.

Lady GolferLady Golfer: Love the look, very study. Liked the fact that the legs are solid wood, not plastic like some others. Very easy to assemble. Came packed very well in side the headboard, my only complaint is that the metal rails tore through the backing. They should put cardboard or something to help prevent that. Or even pad it with bubble wrap.

Updated : Loved the queen bed so much, we bought a king size for our guest bedroom. I am pleased to say that it arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. There were no tears or rips, and all the parts were packaged very neatly and securely inside the headboard. Love this bed and this company!

Joy: I looked for quite some time for a gray colored upholstered platform bed. There are not a lot of choices in the headboard size. Platform beds tend to be low to the ground but this one was perfect height from floor and height of headboard. The height of headboard is perfect if you like to prop a pillow up to read at night. It looks great for the low price I paid, the upholstered headboard does not look cheap, and was easy to assemble. It does not need a boxspring. The actual gray color looks a bit darker than the pic shows but this was my goal to get a little darker gray not a light gray. I do wish that the gray descriptions on amazon beds were more exact for instance to mention light, medium, or dark gray. I took a chance with this one and the color is the popular gray, just right.
