robshow: This is one of the key things you can add to your aquarium water if you have an African Cichlid tank. The fish seem to be happier with its addition.
Doesn't affect larger plants not sure on the smaller ones like dwarf grass etc.

RES2525: This were the cheapest brand of cichlid salts I could find and coming from an long established name in the aquaculture industry I wasn't worried about poor quality.
They seem to help bring out the colors of my Africans moreso than I would have imagined. I'd say, for the money, this is a worthwhile purchase to supplement your African cichlid water chemistry so long as you don't use live plants.
