S. Matthews: It doesn't have any adhesive to it at least not the ones I have doesn't, tried to pull the paper to it from it and part of the padding comes with it! I have to use tape to keep it in place.

Linda D.: These are good quality. The cushion is perfect. The only downfall is it is almost impossible to peel the backing off to stick it. There is no lead or a tab or even a split to help you peel it back. I spend almost 10 minutes each time trying to peel the backing off. That is the only negative thing about these.
