Brian: While I do not have the proper instruments to compare how accurate the readings on this are it seems to be highly accurate and easy to use in order to get the exact PSI one desires on tires. I was using a fairly old analog tire pressure gauge and based on this I was over-inflating my tires by about 3 PSI. This is easy to use by letting air out and either pressing the "on" button again to get a new reading or waiting for it to update itself with the new reading.
