CoralSun: I purchased this thermometer after careful research, reading a number of trusted website reviews comparing similar devices and finding the iProven to be highly rated. It works reliably and the directions provided are clear and easy to understand. I did have questions recently, so I used the links provided on Amazon for my order and contacted iProven. They replied via email immediately with detailed, pertinent, helpful information. Each time I replied, they were consistently and instantly responsive, professional, and pleasant. I can honestly say I've seldom found any other company to offer this level of customer support with genuine interest and concern for their customer. I will continue to follow their product updates, I will be a repeat customer should I need any additional products they offer, and I highly recommend them to all.

TrishaTrisha: While looking for a thermometer I found the iProven at my local pharmacy. I picked it up because of its clean blue and white packaging that stood out on the rack. The package clearly advertised the rapid read, flexibility, and loud alarm features and these were just the things I was looking for in a thermometer. When I did purchase this product and utilized it, I found it to be easy to use and it resulted as quick as the manufacturer claimed it would. The tone on completion was loud enough to hear even by my husband. who suffers from issues with loss of hearing in one ear. The thermometer is capable of showing a happy or sad face based on the result for those unsure of the best temperature range that they should maintain. This range is clearly explained in the included pamphlet of directions found in the packaging. I found it a little difficult to open the plastic container at first, but that became easier with use and I looked at it as if it was kept clean in the packaging since it was sealed tightly. Based on all of the features offered with this product I feel it was worth the price I paid for it. I feel it provided accurate results. I would definitely recommend it to family...

A. Miller: I bought this thermometer because my 3-year-old hated my old rigid-tipped thermometer. I used this on myself first, and it's very comfortable in the mouth. I am not giving a 5 star review only because it's *very* loud and there does not appear to be a way to shut off or lower the sound. Also note that the directions clearly state that it is not accurate if used for axillary (armpit) temperature, so if that's your preferred method, choose a different model/brand.

Edit: First off, I bought this on a recommendation from a nurse friend of mine when I complained about how uncomfortable it is to hold a thermometer in your mouth. She was right! The flexible tip on this is amazing! It's soft, so you can grip it in your teeth without it slipping around, and you can hold it in the exact place you need it without gouging that tender area under your tongue. But I really edited this to say that I don't know why so many people are finding this thermometer to be inaccurate. Perhaps they are not using it correctly? You are supposed to turn it on and wait until the display says "Lo C" or "Lo F" before putting it in your mouth. My nurse friend also says to wait 15 minutes after you eat or...
