Andrew Burton: It works... How to determine its accuracy I will have to match that against the one at my doctor's and a at least one more. That is the only way I know to at this time. I have not done that as of now. It is easy to use and I like that it is powered by AAA batteries and USB. That is really cool.

Amazon Customer: I bought this product for my son who is 14. He was having irregular heart beat issues and I wanted to monitor that along with his BP. This little device is awesome. It's so easy to use. My son, and I, have very small wrists and this fits perfect. It also fits my son-in-law who has a large build and not so small wrists. Turn it on, press the button and it goes. It charges with a micro usb, but a charge lasts for a long time. I found it to be extremely accurate, as my son's readings were almost exactly what the cardiologist got.

PaulR: Worked out of the box, easy to figure out, matched well with the numbers from my other unit (be careful to match up the artery mark). I liked that the cuff was easy to adjust one-handed and liked the convenience of the USB power over batteries. It was smart enough to figure out if I was too fidgety to give an accurate reading (although it was an error code rather than textual or iconic message). Not all roses & sunshine though, It loses the real-time clock after several minutes of being unplugged from the USB, so the timestamp will be off on the memory values unless you always reset the clock (batteries don't have this issue). I'll leave the batteries in and use the USB power (should make the batteries last for a long time). Was going to rate it a 4 for that, but realized all the USB models must have the same issue (a real time clock needs continuous power after all). Overall an excellent value for the money!

Neal Cooper: I developed hypertension years ago and over time became complacent with my situation. Recently my blood pressure spiked at 198/122 ,my physician insisted I purchase a B/P monitor and suggested this model, as an option.
I had my doubts due to the price (affordable) but went to Amazon and placed my order. I arrived in two days, (Prime customer), and I immediately tried it out. I had purchased 3 AAA batteries for it, however I did not read the information on the posting, (It requires 4 AAA batteries). However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a usb power cable inside the box. I plugged it into my phone charge and it worked!
I have compared it's readings with what I was getting before and it is very accurate, I'd recommend this unit to anyone and everyone!

We have now used the monitor several times over 4 months or so and it has been working great. We have compared it with the old fashioned manual dial monitor and results are similar.
The LCD could do with a bit more brightness or a backlight, but can’t take off a full star for that. Overall we’d rate it at 4.8 stars.
