DeDaDeDa: I have bought and used other tablet holders that were cumbersome. This one is well made and solid. I especially like that I can add an additional little holder when charging the tablet so the cord doesn't bend and eventually breaks.

Phil Scott: This book-holder is well-crafted, but the foldable shelf is far too narrow for any volumes requiring a stand.
The Encyclopedia of Volcanoes, at 1421 pages, requires a 2.5 shelf. This book-stand maxxes our at about 1000 pages, a size that can be comfortably handled without any stand. That said, an easy work-around is to retrofit the shelf to 2.5" which comfortably holds the volume in question. This alteration in design specs could easily be effected since the shelf folds up. While I was at it, I extended the shelf [to 2.5" by 18"] which is only appropriate for a post-design work-around.

Christy Suggs: This book stand is perfect for a large book. The book I am currently reading is 717 pages. It was impossible for me to hold it up to read. This book stand and the book light I also purchased make reading enjoyable.
