Candis: I wasn’t sure these would work but they did. I didn’t need 90 of them, but either way a good purchase since my coat didn’t come with these on the inner drawstring!

Dan: Although these are a great value, out of the three that I purchased, each was short a few pieces. If you need a specific amount of them, keep this in mind. You may not get a complete box of 90 pieces.

Blorp: I have a bunch of masks that have straps that first go around the ears and then behind the head. They're great masks, but they start to droop after a bunch of washes. I got these cord locks and they're perfect for what I needed. Now my masks fit again. Also, they seem to do pretty well in the washing machine and the dryer. Nothing has broken, melted, or rusted yet after about 2 or 3 laundry days.

bgirl1981bgirl1981: I bought these to use for tightening my mask ear loops, for a better fit, but once I received them I realized they were a bigger size than I was looking for, and they were quite uncomfortable on my ears. Also, I only received 86 out of the 90, so if you order these, you might want to do a quick count to ensure they are all there.

In the image I posted, the big cord lock on the left is the one from this order, while the smaller cord lock on the right is from a different order (after checking the cord lock sizes to find a smaller one).

Looking at the cord locks I received, nothing was wrong with them, they looked sturdy and none appeared misshapen or broken, they just aren't a good size for using on mask ear loops and didn't fit my needs (though again, I only received 86 out of 90). They came in a nice plastic storage container though, so that was nice.

KSK: I wanted to use these to put on ear-savers/lanyards for my kids' masks, to make them adjustable. My first impression was that they are quite large for this purpose, but at this price (~$6 for 90 pieces I believe), I wanted to give them a try so I kept them.

Pros:
* They work fine for mask lanyards/ear savers; easy enough to press and release to tighten/loosen.
* Great little case to store them until you use them, which you could repurpose afterwards

Cons:
* I wish they came with a tool to help get elastic/string through the hole.
* When used for ear savers, I got a couple complaints about hair getting pulled (so maybe don't use them for that purpose if you run into this issue)

All in all, a pretty good value at this price! I use them freely, even gave some away when others mentioned they'd like some, and I still have plenty left.

It's good to have a lot of these because they get lost (especially if you have little kids).

Size-wise, they would look best/most appropriate on a backpack, a drawstring back sack or a sports backpack.
