Mrs. M: This lock was extremely easy for me to install. It's being used as a screen door lock, and it works well. The whole door WOULD need to come off if anyone was trying to get in.
It is a decently thick metal, and the specs that are clearly listed are correct. Absolutely worth the $16.99 price tag.

Tim O.: I wanted a latch for a sliding door and thought this one would be perfect...except it's ridiculously small and flimsy.

Partly my fault for not double-checking the measurements, but I can't imagine what you'd use this on except maybe a jewelry box or something similarly small. Definitely NOT a door.

Juan Ortiz: I both this latch for my RV bedroom door. Although it is very small it did work very well. My intend is just to lock the door. I must say this is a simple latch it will not secure a door. If that your intention buy something stronger.
