Def-Tech Head: I have successfully replaced the fabric/disposable pads with this product. These stick well directly to your foot as long as you keep them clean. My only negative feedback on the product is that for me I need to wear two of them at once to get enough thinkness/support for my foot. Would like them to be a bit thicker. I've been using my first set of the pads for about 2 months now.

angie: My husband bought these for relief from corns but I don't think they work for that. They just add more cushioning where you don't want any pressure. Maybe it was our mistake. But we are going to try them after corn removal. I think they might work after that to prevent the corn from coming back.
