I purchased these before a tropical vacation knowing that I would be wearing flip flops. The gel pads that went around the toe piece were useless. They would not stick & felt bulky. When I pulled them up to put the gel where it rubbed, the piece broke off. I’m sure the flat pieces work great, but didn’t use those. Don’t waste your money on these!
