Dawn L.: Best. Rice. Ever. I do NOT cook. I used to do the boil-in-a-bag rice. I got a little rice cooker and now, no other rice will do. I buy two bags at a time so I do not run out. I believe the directions say a part rice to one part water. It could be my rice cooker, but one part rice to two parts water works best for me.
