Blessings: While trying to make better choices and eat healthier, I have been ordering these over and over. The taste is AMAZING and it’s low sodium so I can cook with and consume these bread crumbs with confidence. They cook up beautifully and don’t stick to the pan. I will keep ordering these bread crumbs.

M. Schnitzer: I’m not aware of any other salt-free bread crumbs on the market; but fortunately, with 4C’s version, there doesn’t need to be another. These bread crumbs are so perfectly seasoned that when used in any kind of recipe, it’s unlikely anyone will miss the salt. But with so many companies lately pulling back on offering low- or no-sodium products, I just hope that 4C will never stop making this delicious solution for those wanting no-salt-added bread crumbs.

Kim 10-4: I’m glad I finally found a bread crumb that was salt free. I found it not as good as panko but it worked well enough and it was flavored well.

Lisa Brown: I have a heart condition so I have to eat less sodium this is perfect I can make anything that I need breadcrumbs for and not have to worry about extra sodium it taste delicious my family can’t tell the difference between these and regular breadcrumbs they’re just absolutely perfect for my needs. I used it oven fry fish, Italian chicken breast , in my meatloaf it’s wonderful! Highly recommend it especially if you want to cut back your salt or you are in a low sodium diet
