Amazon Kunde: Wow, Keramikmesser nach meinem Geschmack.
Das große wie das kleine Allzweckmesser sind wirklich solche. Egal ob Obst, Gemüse oder Fleisch, diese Messer gehen da durch wie durch Butter.
Den Sparschäler habe ich noch nicht benutzt, da ich mit der Handhabung nicht klar komme. Ich nutze einen anderen.
Das Brotmesser ist in der Tat etwas kurz geraten, große Brotleiber kann man daher nicht damit schneiden. Brötchen wiederum geht wunderbar.
Messerset super scharf und günstig, ich gebe eine klare Empfehlung zum kauf.

John: Very sharp. Cut through tomatoes with no effort and didn't squish them all over the place. Different sizes are great. Even cut through partially frozen meat with ease. I don't think you will go wrong with these knives.

I purchased these for the wife n kids, so that they would stop using my good knife set. Also, I wanted them to fit a small caddy. Well, 3 of the 4 knives fit, so the 4th will go into my camping gear container - which needed a small chef knife anyway. Win again for me.

2 year update:
Well, I've had this set for 2 years, and just happened across my old review, so I thought that I would update it. I've added a pic of the chipped blade and washed dishes on the countertop. My daughter was doing something nefarious with the paring knife and a bottle cap. The cap won and broke off the top. IDK, but I'm sure glad that it was this knife and not one of my good ones. Now, you see the orange handle one laying underneath the pile of clean dishes- that is how I just found it. Again, the kids use them and generally mistreat them, and I'm glad that they are not destroying the really nice edge that I have put on my good steel paring knife by piling dishes on top of it.

tallflowertallflower: Beautiful knives look great in my kitchen.. And the sleeves are an added bonus for travel like picnics. But please take a moment and think if you have the kind of family that can use a knife this made out of porcelain. Not good for cutting hard carrots or raw sweet potatoes. Those blades can break in the middle. If they're dropped on a hard surface they will shatter. If your stupid husband thinks he can use them to pry something loose the tips will break. Two of the tips are already broken but I'm still using these knives anyway because they are sharp af and I love them. Just remember they're not steel.

Wendy L.Wendy L.: This is a Jelson knife set that I got for myself after buying a few knives for others as christmas, hostess and housewarming gifts. So I already knew these knives were going to outperform any of my other knives since I tested the ones I gave to others to make sure they were quality knives. (I included close up photos and brief video. Let me know if you find them helpful.)

I cut a large amount of tomatoes and it did a great job of slicing through without crushing the more delicate soft ones. I always feel like a knife that is able to smoothly slice through the skin and not smash up the interior of super ripe tomatoes and still make super fine slices usually does well in other areas of cutting for me. It was able to do a decent job of slicing through paper although the micro-detail of the cut edge was not completely flat but had a texture. The set has a nice variety of sizes, is lightweight and it fits well in the hand with a non-slip grip. I like that it also came with sheaths to protect it in the knife drawer from getting dinged up by other knives. USEFUL VARIETY OF KNIVES - SHARP AND EASY TO GRIP
