Billie Jo Gray: I ordered this on March 6th and due to several delivery delays it didn't get here until the 27th. I think tastes kind of stale, doesn't have much coconut flavor. It just tastes off. The texture is it's only positive thing to mention. It is soft.

Solidoak: Bought this coconut originally to make candy with. My wife found it and likes the flavor so well that she has been taking it along while working and eating for snacks in between meals.
