Kindle Customer: Package had only two months left till its best-by date upon receipt. (The same brand of coconut I'd purchased in store had 16 months.) Also, package was faded indicating age and/or possible incorrect storage.
The coconut itself still looks good and the package is intact, but this particular package was not really suitable for long-term pantry storage.
