Lisa Simmons: I wanted to get these specifically to use for my Christmas lights. I'm not very tech savvy and was concerned whether or not I'd be successful with the set up. They were super easy and work with the app on my phone or with voice command through my Alexa. I purchased 2 three packs and unfortunately one plug just stopped working shortly after the initial set up. After some troubleshooting on my own, I reached out to the manufacturer. They responded to me within 24 hours and I had a replacement plug (NO charge) shipped to my house within a week. SUPER customer service is priceless!! Would very much recommend this product!

R Bataille: The first one is always the hardest one to connect, but after adding it to KMC and then Alexa, it is a breeze to connect the three next one. I advise to always connect all of them to the Wi-Fi system, when connecting the first one it is then a lot easier, that way they are ready to use when needed. It is a good product I have a lot of them working great with Alexa.

True Stories Only: First off - definitely buy these, because they do what they say they will, and they make life a whole lot easier (and your home more aesthetically pleasing). Note that I am only using them with the KMC Smart app (not Alexa, voice, or other options), so this review speaks solely to functionality on that app (installed on iPhone).
The Negative:
1. They are a bit large; if you are installing them on a crowded strip, or even a wall plate with a tight squeeze with a neighboring plug, you may not be able to fit them.
2. Slow to pair initially, and sometimes you have to repeat the process before the app connects.
3. They lose all functionality after a blackout, so you'll have to start from scratch in that instance (pain in the you know what when you have several).
The Positive:
1. Well-priced at around $5 apiece
2. App is easy to use
3. Name each plug whatever you like
4. Eliminate the need to keep unsightly cords and switches accessible/visible in your space
