SarahSarah: The media could not be loaded.  The fireplace provides the ambience I was looking for with lovely dancing flames. Getting the crystals in the right place takes a little patience but relatively easy once figured out. I would recommend this item. Slim fit so it set right in my fireplace. The price was most reasonable. Remember that the size you choose does not reflect the size of the actual window with the flames. Read measurements to make sure ! Love my unit. Highly recommended!

Dale AllenDale Allen: I am very pleased with the fireplace. I really like all the colour settings. My only dislike is the remote control it does not work that well. It’s a hit and miss situation.
The heat coming from the top instead of underneath is much nicer for distribution of heat.

Adriana: Para recibir la chimenea UPS solicitaba pago de impuesto en efectivo. Contacté al vendedor desde la plataforma de Amazon y me brindo toda la atención y se hizo cargo del impuesto y contacto con UPS. Cuando pude recibirla, la prendi para probarla y funciona bien y las llamas son bonitas de se ver. Gracias señor por toda la atención.

Adam DudeAdam Dude: We love our new fireplace! It provides ample heat to our living room and kitchen and is super easy to turn on and off, as well as switch the color depending on your mood :) We had an old gas fireplace that was not usable, and after getting a quote for $5K to replace it, we decided to just seal it and cover it up with an electric fireplace insert. Total project cost was $500 and took me an entire weekend to complete. This fit the space perfectly and really upgrades and modernizes the look of the room as well provides a good amount of heat. It’s basically a large space heater, and it’s quite to run. Mounting it took some creativity but I was able to figure out a solution. We’ve been using it for the last few months and so far it’s been awesome! Highly recommend!

Jim B: This is my 2nd unit. Upstairs Bedroom use. Heater works well ... and the many variations of flame colors, speed, intensity, etc. are pretty 'cool'. Recessed within the wall ... the unit really looks nice, Very easy to remove the front glass [prior to installation] and didn't take long to Fabricate a perimeter 2X4 frame which is inset within the wall studs, A beginner could install this unit ... it is that easy. Took me over an hour to measure, cut drywall, make frame, mount it, then insert Fireplace. A receptacle is nearby ,,, so Power Hook-up took another 15-minutes to run a dedicated outlet [box] for the plug. I highly recommend this nice Fireplace. Arrived in a sturdy box with adequate styrofoam packing - no damage.

Writer GirlWriter Girl: The media could not be loaded.  We absolutely love our new fireplace!!! As you can see, my husband is still building the rest of the background on the fireplace, but it fit nicely and was very easy to build it into the space. It changes to 12 different colors between the flames and the color beneath the fireplace stones. It also has a high and low setting for the heat. We have it a few feet from the couch and had to turn it from high to low because we were too warm. So it does a very nice job heating up our living room!

MissMuscle70: The media could not be loaded.  I read through every review before I made my purchase and was happy to see the reviews were current to show so many happy customers. This fireplace arrived so fast and looks so much better in person than online! It is a beautiful, shiny black and wall mount installation only took minutes. I would have given 5 stars but when I opened the box, there were crystals scattered all around the inside of the box. I assume the bag burst open during shipping, which was a task to find them all. Other than that this fireplace is definitely worth it! You have so many flame color choices, two heat settings, and it adds such a relaxing ambience to any room. My favorite colors (as shown) are the orange flame with yellow stones. I promise you will not be disappointed!
