AZNundercover: Easy to install. Water taste better.. Works great.... until a month and a half in and had to change filter already. (Filtered water was barely coming out) So works like new again by replacing filter, but now realizing there's no replacement filters for me to order available! There's also no contact given to reach out regarding this product and to order more filters. Is this product discontinued?!? Why no replacement filters?!

Mr. Mccarroll: Flavor is not that great but i never tasted the tap water to begin with. I'm goin to buy some test strips soon to see if this really performs like it says. Looks great for the price and it hasnt leaked in the week ive had it and we have 6 kids (3 that can reach the kitchen sink) so far so good on sturdiness. Tastes weird tho so i may buy a filter pitcher as well and see how that tastes so i can stop buying so much bottled water. My kids leave them half full all over the place.......UPDATE. Its leaking between the connector and the filter after only one week:·(

The Big LebowskiThe Big Lebowski: This looked & worked great for about 2 weeks until it developed a crack in the the connecting piece between the filter & faucet. Now it leaks & will probably fall apart soon.

Tonya: I like this water filter better than the plastic water filter, it doesn’t break easily, and it’s made of metal. Also, both water spouts are clean water, one is filtered, while the other one is tap! Big A+ on that, and knowing it’s clean all the way around. The package comes with two water filters, with one inside the metal filter part, and another one in the bag as an extra. The water comes out crystal clear. The only downside is it started leaking after a month or so, and I just use a wrench to tighten the screw that attached to the faucet. I tried with my hand, but it wouldn’t budge, but a wrench will fix it. A few extra washers will come as well. Besides, the leaking I recommend buying this product over the plastic, and I think the metal filter will last a long time. I am very happy with my purchase.
