Marcus P. Efthimiou: The clock looks nice as a decoration, but as a clock it is garbage. The hands are paper thin, and easily bend even from a light breeze passing by. When this happens the hands geab each other and stall - then break. The connection holding the hands broke after only two months, three weeks after the return period. Don’t buy this clock if you want a clock. If you want a pretty dead weight for your wall, have at it.

Michael KadanerMichael Kadaner: The clock is a good value for money but if you want something perfect, look elsewhere. On the positive side, it works, it keeps time reasonably well, and with minor adjustment it looks good. So, what’s wrong?

First, look at the numbers XI and I. They are out of place, too close to XII. Very annoying if you are susceptible to notice such imperfections. My pictures show it clearly, but you can see the issue even in manufacturer’s pictures, so no cheating, you get what you paid for.

Second, the rods connecting the numerals ring with the center piece are black. So what, one would ask? Note that all listing pictures show the clock on a white or off-white background with the hands far away from the rods. Locks great, isn’t it? Now imagine less contrast background and the hands closer to the rods. It is impossible to read the time with a casual glance. Of course, all wall clocks are in the Home Décor Products category, so who cares about reading time? Well, I do care. If only the rods would blend with the background, everything would be just fine. To see how it would look like, I wrapped the rods with off-white painter’s tape. I did not mean it as a permanent...
