They won’t scoop ice cream that is frozen hard. They feel like they will easily break.

Amy: This was a Christmas gift - I shop early!!- first time used the smallest scoop broke at the weld where the dough is loosened, to drop onto a cookie sheet.
I guess I got what I paid for, I waited a very long time to get them and then first use broke. I wouldnt recommend them. No use in shopping early as I cannot return them.
