Linda Crawford: These are a bit thick but the cushioning is great. My favorite dress pumps shoes that had become way too loose and my heel’s slipped out when walking. They are a bit difficult to place in the correct position in the shed but I taped them lightly to my foot and then put my shoe on to confirm I had the position correct. I then reached inside my shoe a held the cushion tightly against my shoes releasing it from my foot. I used a sharpie marker to outline where it needed to be placed. The adhesion is great so they are a little difficult to place but using my marks and starting near the arch portion of the shoe, folding the toe region forward I was able to start at the arch and carefully unfold and place the to region correctly in my shoe. Excellent product.
