Tina tobias: There is no issue with the product. The issue. I am having is getting my refund back from Certified Battery. I ordered only (1) of
this product but due to the Credit Card and computer glitching, (3) three orders went through which I was not aware until the
confirmation was received the following day. Going back and forth between Amazon and Certified Battery since June 6; 2023 & finally Certified Battery told us to return the products that were ordered in error. The products were returned June 19; 2023 via Canada Post
as per Certified Battery instructions. To date we have not heard from them.

Scott StaufferScott Stauffer: Amazon tells me that it was 6 years ago when I installed these batteries. They did well for 6 years. I didn't treat them the best, but they did really well while they lasted.

This season, I'm noticing it starts slowing down near the end of my yard, and sometime have to charge it and mow the rest the next day. That being said, I'll probably get another set of these in the next week or so.

Avid Shopper: The Battery itself was fine however the jumper wires did not work. One end on each jumper wire was too small and did did not fit the terminal ends on the battery. Thank goodness I saved the ones from the old battery!

Henry: The 3 cells are a different shape than the originals. They do not fit without some effort. I made them fit by modifying the insides of the casing. You need to cut away some of the plastic structure to make room for the 3 pieces. I used a Dremel tool with a cutting disc. Having said that , after I got it put together and charged it up it works. Not sure how powerful the battery is since I haven't used it long enough to know how long I can cut with it yet. But it does work. Unless you are a little bit handy with tools, you may be disappointed. At this point the mower is useless without a battery and there are not many options out there. So for me, it is worth trying them out. The original batteries went dead very quickly after close to 10 years of service.

Paul: Update: Manufacturer was fast to respond to my issues and sent me two new batteries. Found one that was faulty and replaced it and everything looks to be working great now!

Original post: Unfortunately these performed worse than my 6 year old batteries. It's possible I received defective or used items, I have asked for an exchange and will update when I hear more. Too bad because others have said good things.
